中國北京有一家餐廳非常特別，信不信由你，這家餐廳裡沒有一位服務生，從點餐到取餐，客人完全自己動手，只需要靠著一支智慧手機就行，究竟這個餐廳怎麼運作？一起來看看。

午餐時間到，北京食客出來覓食，CNN記者看上了這間餐廳，據說這家店有個特別之處，他們運用行動科技，結合北京人對美食的熱愛，打造出一個與眾不同的用餐體驗。

這家餐廳，竟然沒有服務生。」

客人透過「微信」點餐，餐廳裡頭一位服務生都沒有。

CNN記者史帝文斯：「我現在正在用微信WeChat，這是在中國最受歡迎的應用程式，多受歡迎？它在這可是有數億用戶，我現在菜單上有7個選擇，我決定點這個辣牛肉米粉，我可享有折價5元。」

點餐後客人會收到一個號碼，幾分鐘後憑號取餐，這家店唯一需要請人手的地方只有廚房，廚師忙著料理，5分鐘後，一碗熱騰騰、誘人的牛肉米粉出爐，現點現做，客人自行取餐，整個過程都沒有服務生。

人人湘餐廳創辦人劉正：「這個餐廳裡面有「四無」，無服務生、無收銀員，（未來目標）無採購員、無廚師，我們跟隨中國科技發展趨勢。」

智慧手機時代來臨，餐桌上的對話慢慢減少，人人老愛邊吃飯滑手機，不如將這點發揮到極致，連跟服務生說話都可省了。
